Cookies
We use so-called cookies on our website, which serve to recognize you as a user and to facilitate your use of our site. Cookies are small text files that your Internet browser installs on your end device. These are mostly so-called session cookies which are deleted after the end of your session.
Other cookies remain installed on your device until you remove them. These installed Cookies allow us to identify your web browser on your next visit.
You can also customize your web browser to notify you when cookies are installed. Within the settings you can choose whether cookies should only be permitted in isolated cases, are only to be installed in particular cases, are generally not accepted or are automatically deleted after closing your web browser. However, if you choose to disable cookies, this may limit your use of the website.
We also use cookies on our website to make them more user-friendly for you. Some elements of our website require that the accessing browser can be identified even after a page change. We use technically necessary cookies to optimize the use of the website for you. Otherwise we cannot offer you some of the functions of our website, as it is necessary for them to recognize your web browser after a page change.
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data using cookies is our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 f DSGVO.
Cookies are stored on the user's computer and transmitted to our website. Therefore, you as a user also have full control over the use of cookies. You can deactivate or restrict the transmission of cookies by changing the settings in your Internet browser. Cookies that have already been saved can be deleted at any time. This can also be done automatically. If cookies are deactivated for our website, it may no longer be possible to use all of the website's functions in full.
Use of Google Analytics with Anonymization Function
On our website we use Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter referred to as "Google". Google Analytics uses so-called cookies. These are text files that are stored on your device and which allow an analysis of your use of the website.
The information generated by this cookie regarding your usage behavior is transmitted to and stored by Google on servers located in the USA.
To enable you to use our website anonymously, we use Google Analytics with the suffix "_gat._anonymizeIp". As a result, your IP address is already reduced and thus made completely anonymous by Google within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in extremely exceptional cases the full IP address is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and abridged there. Under no circumstances will your IP address be consolidated with other data collected by Google.
More detailed information on Google Analytics' Terms of Use and Privacy Policy can be found at https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=en.
For the exceptional cases in which personal data is transferred to the USA, Google has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework, so that an adequate level of data protection is guaranteed.
The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is Art. 6 Par. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
Google uses the information to determine how you have used the website, to send us a summary of website activity and to offer other services related to internet and website use. Google may transmit the collected information to third parties if this is required by law or if Google commissions third parties to process this data. It is in these purposes that we have a legitimate interest in processing your personal data.
The cookies used by Google Analytics to analyse website usage have a pre-set storage period that we are neither aware of nor have any influence on. You can independently delete the cookies installed by Google Analytics and with it the stored data. We will explain how this can be done using the browser settings in the following section.
You are entirely free to prevent the installation of cookies by adjusting your browser software accordingly. For this purpose, Google offers a deactivation add-on for the most popular browsers, which gives you more control over which data Google collects for the websites you visit. The add-on notifies Google Analytics' JavaScript (ga.js) that no information about website visits should be transmitted to Google Analytics. However, the deactivation add-on for browsers from Google Analytics does not prevent information from being transmitted to us or to other web analytics services that we may use. For more information on installing the browser add-on, click on the link below: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en

To subscribe to the newsletter, you allow us to verify that you agree to receive the newsletter. This data will only be used for sending the newsletter and will not be passed on to third parties. When you register for the newsletter, we save your IP address and the date of registration. This storage serves solely as proof in the event that a third party misuses an e-mail address and registers for receiving the newsletter without the knowledge of the entitled party. The consent to the storage of the data, the email address and their use to send the newsletter can be revoked at any time. The revocation can take place via a link in the newsletters themselves or by sending a message to info@42incentive.de
